Most in-stock furniture items are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, large pieces typically arrive via our white-glove delivery service within 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Magnolia ships exclusively within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international home enthusiasts in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We want you to love your space. You can return decor items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Are your textiles and rugs sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize ethical craftsmanship. Many of our rugs and linens are handcrafted by global artisans using natural fibers like organic cotton, jute, and wool.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, our warehouse begins the fulfillment process, and the standard return policy will apply.
